Questions to Consider

As questions go, they are much like the warp and weft of woven fabric.
Without warp and weft, you don't have fabric. And you're still naked.

The Warp

What was the reason for Amy Coney Barrett's nomination to the SCOTUS? Was it merely to gain a larger Conservative voice on the Supreme Court?  Or was there other underlying reasons? Was it to blunt the influence of Chief Justice John Roberts? Was Abortion the driving reason she was nominated? Or was this a ruse? A sleight of hand? Does 'Sleight of Hand' serve a valuable purpose? Is what's hidden backstage as valuable as what goes on out in front of the audience?

What was the goal of the president in this election, beside the obvious? Was it to see justice finally re-installed in our nation? Was the American Justice system in such a state of disrepair that made it impossible for fairness? Was there/is there a two-tiered system of justice in America? What is the over-arching aspect of this system of justice? Rich man gets away while poor man suffers? Is the lyric,* "Because in a village a poor lad has stolen one egg/ He swings in the sun while another gets away with a thousand crimes..." apropos in this regard? If you have money, has it not been the case - until recently - you could get a slap on the wrist while a poor man goes to prison for years? Is Justice the ultimate goal of the President? Why does this frighten the Left, if indeed it does?

The Weft

Did the tremendous number of ballots which - in the Left's mind - propelled the Democrat[ic] candidate ahead of the incumbent, come on because of tremendous voter turnout? Or were these ballots cast days and weeks even months in advance; a tranche set aside for one rainy-day purpose only? Just in case? What's so magical about Four A.M.? How many are watching, let alone Awake, at Four A.M.? Was this an extraordinarily planned election? Was this technique of vote fraud [the setting aside of tranches of votes, just in case] tried in previous years? Was it in planning, say, from just prior to 2018? Had it been planned for 2016, wouldn't it have been used then? Does the 'fact' this was orchestrated and planned for THIS election imply their desperation? And, seeing the vote tallies which were coming in and going overwhelmingly for the incumbent, was THIS the reason the vote count was suspended for a short time on election night? What were the Left trying so desperately to prevent? Another four years of 'Orange Man Bad'? Or was it something even more frightening for them?

What was the goal of the challenger in this election, beside the obvious? What did they want us to see? A projection? A man with full command of his faculties, OR a puppet on a string? If confirmed the winner, will he even make it to re-election? Will he be summarily replaced by the GREATER, more Powerful Left? What is the GREATER, more Powerful Left trying to prevent? If they lose THIS bid, what might they face? Does this thought terrify them? Or is this merely in the obsessive nature of every man who determines in himself he will not lose?

The Fabric

So what's really going on? Why the not-so-great fight against ACB? Is it true that one of the hallmarks of a great chess player is the ability to think several moves ahead of one's opponent? Why must there be sleight of hand? Is 'Sleight of Hand' a move on the 'Art of War' chessboard? Why did Democrats not fight harder to keep her off the SCOTUS? Were they several moves behind? Were they looking at one hand when they should have been looking at the other?

Remember the line of questioning Senator Graham presented to Justice Kavanaugh during his confirmation? Enemy Combatants? Tribunals? What is the penalty for treason? Is ACB an honest and competent judge?

_______________________________

That last question... Is ACB an honest and competent judge? The Democrats seemed to think so as they didn't put up more than a piddling fight. By all indications Amy Coney Barrett IS an honest and competent judge. This, I posit, is the reason why it was important to get her confirmed before the election. This, I further posit, is the reason they are so desperate to win this election. At the expense of all else, including their credibility, they'll tear the whole country down around them in order to avoid what's coming otherwise. They don't mind so much 'reigning in hell.' As John Milton once wrote*, "Better to reign in Hell, than to serve in Heaven..." OR, in a free and fair society.
