ReplyDeleteHello!? Can anyone say language barrier? English is obviously not his first language. I don't believe any insult or condescension was intended. People are frustrated... I understand. And people are looking for something or someone to lash out at. But use your heads, people. This was merely an innocent faux pas.
Exactly, Eric. One of endless examples of the wussification of America. People being offended by the use of the term, "small people" makes them small people indeed.

Regarding the stupid video... Maniacal super villains surely laugh a lot, don't they? At least he has a sense of humour. Even if the only one that thinks he's funny is himself.
ReplyDeleteI know it was satire. The beginning was kind of humorous, but he should have just stopped. After the first few statements it just got silly.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if it was produced by a pro-off shore drilling site or an anti-off shore drilling site. Either way, it's over the top, and really, because it's so over the top, it kind of defeats it's purpose.
