The irony is that Dr. George Tiller was murdered at his church. Imagine that! A man who so callously murdered viable children in the womb is himself murdered in the womb of earthly faith.
God have mercy on his soul, but it is my belief he is burning in hell as I speak...
Let's wait now and see if Obama has anything public to say about Dr. Tiller; how great a man he was, or some such. Let's see the cut of Obama's jib on this... we've seen it numerous times already but how about an encore?
I don't care how this post makes me look to anyone reading this. The man was a murderer... he lived by the sword, and died by the sword. Justice is served.
I feel pity for his family. I DO wish he had seen the evilness of his profession. I DO wish he had publicly repented and publicly sought other avenues to serve pregnant women thereby demonstrating his repentance. But he didn't. How can I know this? He was murdered in church. And no genuine Christian could, with clean and honest conscience, perform an abortion, let alone late-term and partial birth abortion. His faith was a sham. And he's paying for it right this minute.
The man who murdered Dr. Tiller is himself a murderer, and he is sadly mistaken if he thinks God approves of his actions. God does not approve. This man took away from Dr. Tiller any hope of ever seeing the truth, coming to repentance, and accepting Christ as his savior. Now Dr. Tiller is burning in hell. He deserves his punishment, but he was robbed of any opportunity to repent. Dr. Tiller's blood will be required at the hand his murderer.
I do not advocate murder. I do not trumpet joyfully at Dr. George Tiller's murder. That being said, I know some will nonetheless condemn me for this post, as would Shannyn Moore, of the Huffington Post who wrote the following:
Christian Fundamentalist Terrorism
"Christian Fundamentalist Terrorism. It's shocking to write. But it's time to start calling it what it is." "...The "war on terror" needs to include domestic terrorists."
Get ready Christians. You are about to see an increase in persecution of your faith in this country.
"he got what he deserved"
ReplyDeleteYou're sick.
"Get ready Christians. You are about to see an increase in persecution of your faith in this country."So christians that murder abortionists and the other christians that laud them are christians who should beware persecution. And doctors that perform legal patient desired procedures are murders and their just eternal rest is damnation and torment.
ReplyDeleteLet's place this paragraph in a different era and ethical question.
So whites that murder blacks and the other whites that laud them are whites who should beware persecution. And lawyers that represent civil rights activists are traitors to their race and their just eternal rest is damnation and torment.
Do you see the similarities between the stance you are taking and that of the KKK?
You're not thick-witted Ben. I have not, nor will I ever laud "christians" [little 'c'] who commit murder.
ReplyDeleteYour third paragraph has no honest rhetorical merit, and as such neither does your last question.
To reiterate what was clearly stated in my post, which you obviously failed to comprehend...
"The man who murdered Dr.
That being said, I know some will nonetheless condemn me for this post..."Thank you Mr. "Some" [Ben]. You too, Jimbo.
As to Abortion, calling the procedure "legal" doesn't make it right. God judges by a far stricter standard than man. The smallest of lies is enough to condemn ANY man to an eternity in hell. That's not my standard, it's HIS.
The only remedy for that is repentance, and the blood of Christ. Tiller was robbed of that-- primarily by himself since he was an usher in his church yet still saw nothing wrong with his profession --by someone who had no right to deprive him of another day of life and another opportunity to repent.
I am not sick. You just don't like hearing the truth.
Here's a fair question:
ReplyDeleteHow many babies did God allow to be conceived, with specific purpose, that never made it out of Tiller's clinic alive?
Answer: Every. Single. One. His. Clinic. Scraped. Out. Of. Its. Mother's. Womb!
Furthermore... if God is a fair judge, will Tiller not get what he deserves? Will not all of us? There is not a single man, woman or child born on the face of the earth who hasn't nor does not deserve to go to hell.
ReplyDeleteMake of that what you will.
But in the end, give God glory for providing you means by which to escape that hell. And his name is Jesus... a name that obviously came easily to Tiller's lips, but obviously [to my feeble human understanding, at least] never touched his heart.
So. Let it be understood by one and all that I unequivocally condemn murder, for any reason.... even if the recipient deserved death.... ESPECIALLY if the recipient deserved death. For it is not mine to dole out.
ReplyDelete"Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord." Romans 12:19
Bull shit. EL. You can't hide your God Damned glee. You're one of the biggest fakes I've ever encountered. and that's saying a God Damned lot.
ReplyDeleteER,
ReplyDeleteIf there's any "glee" at all (and I'll leave it to again label it as you have if you so choose, shame on you), it's the joy of knowing that fewer children will be put to death so this scumbag can make a buck. Yes, others will take his place, but perhaps not for a while.
But as Eric said, this jerk can never repent now and that's a problem for the guy who shot him (or however he did it. I haven't read the story yet). There are other ways of preventing creeps like Tiller from perpetrating their crimes against humanity that don't require taking his life. Instead, this shooter puts his own self in jeopardy, though I'm guessing he knew the risk he was taking.
It's possible that God will see the shooter as a defender of innocent life, but that's a stretch considering the alternatives. So I feel sorry for the shooter for his poor judgement. Not tearing up too badly for Tiller, however, though I would prefer that he had seen the error of his ways. Since he didn't...oh well.
Ben,
ReplyDeleteHere's a far better and more accurate comparison:
The KKK killed people because of their color. Abortionists kill people because of their size/age/location. It's the same pathetic and unconscionable attitude, justifying the killing on so superficial a premise.
"Get ready Christians. You are about to see an increase in persecution of your faith in this country."
ReplyDeleteThis statement is true, as it has been every time a detestable act like this is committed by a self-professing Christian.
This is what unbelievers do. They take one (or a few) example of a self-professed Christian doing something decidedly un-Christian, and imply (if not blatantly accuse) all Christians of being as guilty. We who oppose abortion will be accused of being of one mind with Tiller's murderer.
The man who took Mr. Tiller's life is a murderer. Plain and simple.
Speaking, an imperfect Christian, for myself, I do not condone the murder of Tiller, nor do I condone any non-Christian act committed by a self professing Christian.
Perhaps Mr. Tiller had time to repent before he shuffled off this mortal coil. I hope so. I don't wish Hell on my worst enemy.
It's funny, ER, how our opinions of each other mirror so precisely.
ReplyDeleteBut then again, I would have left off dragging God's name through the mud. That's exactly what Tiller did every time he scraped another life from the womb while claiming to be a follower of Christ... he took God's name in vain.
While I don't condone the murder of George Tiller, I certainly won't shed any tears for him.
ReplyDeleteDid anyone mourn Hitler? Did anyone mourn Mussolini? Will anyone mourn bin Laden?
Tiller was worse than any of these other serial murderers. He murdered 60,000 innocent babies with his own blood soaked hands. At least Hitler et al only ordered the murders of their victims. They didn't get their own hands bloody.
It is a moral dilemma. Are we supposed to mourn the death of a monster, as we would any one of the 60,000 babies he slaughtered?
Yes, it is reprehensible to commit murder. We do not have the right to deprive anyone else of their life. Yet, George Tiller did exactly that 60,000 times. And now Liberals are calling him a martyr.
I suppose that means Hitler was a martyr, too.
