What Is Sedition....

...If not the deliberately subverting the our country and Constitution?

A Crisis Obama Won't Waste
--Dick Morris

...So with the tax code totally changing, Europe about to formulate regulations for our economy, the U.S. government empowered to take over any large company, the deficit and spending reaching unbelievable levels and the feds insisting on continued control of banks, what businessman in his right mind is going to invest in anything? How could even the most foolish optimist pull the trigger on a business investment without knowing the tax consequences, the regulatory framework and the policy of the banks on lending?

But Obama knows all this. He knows that his steps will delay economic recovery. But he wants these changes, not as means to an end, but as the end itself. And he is determined to get them passed and set in stone while the rubric of "crisis" justifies his doing so....

When he said Change, did anyone think it would be the kind that forsook national sovereignty, and private and corporate ownership rights? Did anyone think it would involve our national debt dwarfing the GDP of every other nation combined? Did anyone think it would involve individual economic slavery? An attempt at killing individual right to conscience? The donation of American tax dollars to provide abortions on foreign soil?

Who is this man who thinks he's king, yet bows like a vassal to foreign leaders? Who is the most dangerous man in the America today? Hint: it's not Rush Limbaugh. It's President Barack Hussein Obama. The man who bows lower to a muslim king than to a Christian queen. The man who apologizes at every opportunity, smearing the country he leads. The paper tiger who demonstrates to every dictator, despot, and enemy of humanity that he is weak... that America is weak; inviting the enemy to the gates. The man who calls himself a Christian yet sanctions and actively seeks to promote further the murder of innocent children.

I'd publicly call for his impeachment, but the "moronic" masses would accuse me of sedition and treason.

  1. This man that I refuse to call President, is an evil, evil man.

    He must be stopped.

  2. It is not sedition to call for impeachment. Impeachment is provided for in the Constitution.

It is not sedition to criticize the President. Free speech is provided for in the First Amendment of the Constitution.

However, if you call for the President to be removed by means other than impeachment or election, then you are advocating the violent overthrow of the US government. That is sedition.

    Got it?

  3. Jim, in the other post where you accused us of sedition and treason, it was YOU who read "Obama should be thrown out of office immediately" to mean pitchforks, torches, and violent overthrow, which only demonstrates how much of a paranoid schizophrenic you are.

We here at American Descent, of course, understand that there are provisions in the constitution for the removal of a sitting president. Use of those laws are all any of us here would advocate... just like some in your pigsty of a party sought to impeach both Bush AND Cheney. But you cowards cared nothing about preserving our "democracy" [which our constitution does NOT describe] because your fear of Cheney kept your surly and bitter mouths closed like eggs in a carton.

Bravo, Jim! Bravo Democrats! What fine treasonous, cowards you are! You can't do what you know is right because of fear. It was true then, and its still true under Obama.

  4. Jim, you're an idiot. No one said anything about violently overthrowing the government.

I said he must be stopped.

In previous posts I said he should be thrown out of office. I didn't say anything about violence.

He is a lily livered, weak kneed appeaser and his policies will ruin millions of American lives.

  5. Dude! MArk has made it perfectly clear that Obama's credentials are suspect. Although I don't necessarily agree with him, I believe it reasonable of him...if he truly believes that Obama gained his position illegally, that he should be removed. I don't think that would involve impeachement, would it? There must be other legal means to remove an elected official who gained his/her position without proper credentials.

  6. There are, but it requires an investigation and trial led by a democrat-led body. Not going to happen.

    Seriously.

Prove positive could arise tomorrow that Obama was WAS born in Kenya and adopted later by an Indonesian man, and the House and Senate would bend over backward to keep the evidence from getting out. They are cowards. They claim to love America but would, for the sake of political power, subvert the Constitution and betray their oath of office. THAT, Jim, would be "traitorous".

  7. Wouldn't the Federal Election Commission have authority to void the election?

The FEC deals strictly with campaign finance. The have no role in certifying or administering elections.

IF proof positive arose that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, then how do you think that would stay secret? Tom Clancy novels aren't real. Neither is 24.

  10. Mark, your a moron! Geez I feel so much more superior now.

I believe if you read carefully my post, I was very specific about the alternatives for removing a president from office. I accused you of nothing. I used the "if". If that condition doesn't apply to you, then we have no issue, do we?

  11. Jim, you're an imbecile. Just because you feel superior, it doesn't mean you are. Fact is, you aren't.

If you read my comment carefully, I never said you were accusing me personally. I simply said, no one is calling for violent overthrow...You think too highly of yourself.

  12. Mark, you are slow. My last "lob" totally escaped you. Oh well.

Let's see how finely you can parse words here to keep this thread going. Um, I didn't accuse you of accusing me of accusing you of any accusations. Oh, heck. Forget it.

Al, there might be if it were the case, but there is absolutely no credible evidence that this has occurred. It's a figment of wingnuttia delusion.

Your First Amendment right to free speech is a privilege and comes with a measure of responsibility. You have the right to exercise that responsibility here but we reserve the right to inform you when you've used that right irresponsibly.

We are benevolent dictators in this regard. Enjoy.
