Summit, Schmummit!

Barry has chosen to waste time pretending to act by holding a jobs summit. I wonder how much tax money is going into hosting this farce?

The means of producing jobs is not a mystery, except to "brilliant" people like him. It is one of the main points of contention between conservative and socialist (I use the term socialist because it's a more accurate description of this administration. Yeah, "socialist".) Conservatives know that the private sector is where real job creation takes place. Barry pretends to know this. As the article says right off, "...Obama said the government's resources are limited and that growth ultimately must come from the private sector." He's only partially correct here. Growth ONLY comes from the private sector.

Of course, some of the usual idiots (paging Nancy Pelosi!) think that spending more is the answer. Nonsense. Stimulus and bailouts almost destroyed Japan. Spending less and taxing less is the only thing we need from government. All other imput is destructive.

Newt Gingrich lists some tried and true alternatives to the economic annihilation already in progress by the progressives in power. As he points out, it doesn't take a genius in economics to understand the true stimulative effects of his proposals. In fact, it is likely over the head of "brilliant" presidents. We know Nancy and Harry and other Dems in Congress are too stupid to understand it. I fear there are some Repubs that need it explained to them as well. Thus, we need to call our representatives and demand they enact these policies. The over 800 billion in stimulus money that hasn't been spent can handle most of the necessary programs that have lead to our bloated government. I would wager that it would likely last long enough for the effects of proper fiscal policy takes effect.

This, of course is not all that needs to be done. I've just finished Newt's book "Drill Here, Drill Now, Pay Less". He has beautifully outlined the problem with our energy policies, who's muckin' it up, and what should be done instead. I'm hoping to give a review of this book soon and I will be adding a link at my personal blog to his American Solutions website. Lots of good stuff there. But I bring up the book for the fact that energy is another area where progressives and activists have interfered with what can strengthen our economy and security, as well as providing jobs and lower costs. These are more REAL solutions that have been put forth by the right side of the aisle that even some Repubs seem to miss or ignore.

Then, naturally, if we can prevent the horror that is Dem devised health care reform and enact the proven common sense actions put forth by the right, the impact to our economy will be as intense as spinach Popeye sucks through his pipe. The result will even be more money for the programs for which fewer people will need. How cool is that?

Get busy. Call your reps. Talk to your friends. There must be a groundswell of popular support for common sense to defeat the destruction being wrought by the psuedo-brilliant and unworthy holder of the title POTUS and those like him.

  1. As I've written on my blog many times before,

    DRILL NOW;
    BUILD NOW;
    CUT NOW;

    We fail to do these things at our own peril.
