Your First Amendment right to free speech is a privilege and comes with a measure of responsibility. You have the right to exercise that responsibility here but we reserve the right to inform you when you've used that right irresponsibly.

ReplyDeleteGet off it. I'll give you Savage for hatred. Even Levin perhaps. But the rest don't speak in terms of hatred except for the policies and proposals offered by the lunatic left.
In the meantime, you've got Howie Dean proclaiming that he hates Republicans and every they stand for. And then of course, it's commonplace for the left to demonize the right at every turn, such as: we hate women because we want to defend innocent life.
As for the article, I really don't know why either Snowe or Collins wins in their states. Are they lefty state? If so, a "moderate" Republican can win. What kind of people did they beat to win? What kind of Dems are put forth to compete against them? But they're really not "moderate Republicans" so much as they are slightly right leaning Democrats. If the GOP puts real conservatives up against either of them, and they articulate the conservative message efficiently, they will win over those who voted for Snowe and Collins, and then keep the seats for the GOP, providing the voters of that state actually pay attention and listen.
Yes, I have listened to one or two of them, Jimbo. And have not heard anything even approaching "hate".
