Presented For Your Consideration...

We the People of the United States of America
Urgent Appeal

11.11.08.
Attention: Governors of States, Secretaries of States, Attorney Generals, FBI
Officials, Homeland Security Officials, State Department Officials, Immigration
and Customs Enforcement Officials, Federal Elections Committee, Electors and
Electoral College, Congressmen, Senators, State, Federal and Supreme Court
Judges, Election Officials:

This letter is to put you on notice in regards to the following troubling facts:

1) From August 21 until now some 17 legal actions were filed all over this nation
and at least 16 more are about to be filed shortly: those were individual or class
actions, in different State and Federal courts.
The plaintiffs: US citizens, voters, electors, different Party officials and candidates for office are alleging that Mr.Obama’s eligibility for Presidency was never verified by any governmental
agency and mounting evidence suggests that he does not qualify as a Natural
Born citizen and therefore cannot be sworn as the President of the United States.

These actions were not heard on merits yet. The first action, filed by the former
Deputy Attorney general of the State of Pennsylvania, Phillip J Berg against Mr.
Obama and DNC, titled Berg v Obama el all is currently in the Supreme Court,
awaiting resolution of question, whether a voter has standing to bring an issue of
eligibility to court.

Regardless of the Court decision on this matter, other parties
with superior standing have filed similar actions. A second case has reached the
Supreme Court recently. This case was filed by New Jersey attorney, Leo C
Donofrio against the Secretary of State of New Jersey Nina Mitchell Wells. Mr.
Donofrio states in his legal action that Ms. Wells did not fulfill her duties and did
not verify the eligibility of the candidates.

For example, she allowed on the ballot not only Mr. Obama, but another candidate, representing Labor party, that admitted that he is not a Natural Born citizen, but was rather born in Nicaragua.

The very State and Federal officials that took the oath of office to uphold the
Constitution, are trampling all over the Constitution and our rights as citizens to
elect a candidate that is eligible to be the President according to the Constitution.

2) Numerous voters, concerned citizens have turned to the offices of the
Secretaries of States and found out that none of the Secretaries of States verified
Mr. Obama’s eligibility.

Routinely the Secretaries of States simply allowed Mr.Obama to sign a form, stating that he is able to perform the function of the President without any independent verification that his statement is truthful and correct.

3) Numerous voters and concerned citizens have contacted the Federal
Elections Committee (FEC) and found out that FEC did not do any verification of
Mr. Obama’s eligibility either.

FEC representatives have stated that they are dealing with financial aspects of the campaign, and even that was not done by the FEC, since for roughly half of the 650 million raised by Mr. Obama, there was no documentation, no names of the donors and there were numerous reports
that there is a high probability that at least 65 million came from non US citizens.

4) There was no investigative reporting in the Press, since predominantly liberal
media was pushing for Obama for president and was unwilling to show journalistic integrity and investigate or report anything negative in regards to Mr. Obama.

5) Most of the States in the Union contain statues in the election codes, that
characterize election fraud or aiding and abetting election fraud, as a felony,
punishable by lengthy jail terms.

For example, California election statue 18500 states: “ Any person, who commits fraud and any person who aids and abets fraud or attempts to abet fraud, in connection with any vote cast, to be cast, is guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment for 16 months or two years or
three years”

6) We, the people, the citizens of this country demand that all of you do not aid or
abet commission of fraud, do not subject yourselves and others to the possible
charges of aiding and abetting fraud and investigate the following facts:

a. according to affidavits presented in the Berg v. Obama to the
Supreme Court, Sarah Obama, Mr.Obama’s paternal grandmother
has repeatedly stated that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and
she was present at the hospital, when he was born, which means
that Mr. Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen and not qualified for
Presidency. (based on 1952 code)

b. Mr. Obama has responded by posting on his web site “Fight the
Smears” a “short version” form of Certification of Live Birth’, but
categorically refused to provide a copy of a vault or (long version
birth certificate), that would provide for a name of a hospital and a
name and signature of the doctor. This is crucial, since the State of
Hawaii allows residents of Hawaii to register in the state of Hawaii
the birth of their children, born in another state or another country,
such as Kenya. Please see in attachment a sample Certificate of
Live Birth, Box 7C, asks for the County or State or other country of
birth.(this provision exists due to the fact that numerous Hawaiians
historically worked outside of the state, mostly on Solomon islands
and Guadalcanal). This document also has provisions for the name
of the hospital and the name and signature of the doctor.
Additionally, Hawaii became a State in 1959, only two years before
Mr. Obama’s birth. At a time numerous residents of Hawaii did not
have birth certificates, therefore the state of Hawaii allowed
residents born from 1902 until 1971 to obtain a different document
called Certification of Hawaiian birth, that could be obtained simply
by the statement made by a relative without any corroborating
evidence. Therefore the short version birth certificate, posted by Mr.
Obama on his web site, could’ve been based on an affidavit made
by his mother or most probably by one of his grandparents, that he
was born in Hawaii, even if he actually was born in Kenya. This
could’ve been done not because Mr. Obama’s relatives thought that
he would run for president one day, but simply to avoid the hustle
and expense of going through some eight years of immigration
procedures.

c. As of now no one was able to locate any hospital in Hawaii, any nurse, any doctor that would provide any evidence that Mr. Obama
indeed was born on Hawaii.

d. Mr. Obama refused to provide any documents in Berg v Obama
case.

e. Mr. Obama refused to consent to release of his vault or long
version birth certificate.

f. Mr. Obama refused to consent to release of any records by any
hospitals.

g. Madelyn Dunham, his maternal grandmother remained silent and
never refuted the statements that Mr. Obama was not born in
Hawaii and no access was ever allowed to any reporters to ask
Mrs. Madelyne Dunham one single question: “in what hospital on
Hawaii was Mr. Obama born?’

h. Even if Mr. Obama would’ve been born in Hawaii (all the evidence
states otherwise), he would’ve lost his citizenship by virtue of
moving to Indonesia and obtaining Indonesian citizenship.
Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship and Ms. Ann Dunham-
Obama-Soetoro had to relinquish her son’s US citizenship in order
to gain Indonesian citizenship.

i . In 1981, during the ban on travel to Pakistan for US citizens, Mr.
Obama by his own admission had travelled to Pakistan. The only
reasonable explanation, is that he did it using his Indonesian
passport and using his prior name Barry Soetoro or his Kenyan
passport, since he was entitled to the Kenyan citizenship, due to his
father’s Kenyan citizenship (in 1963 Mombasa area became a part
of Kenya), or he could’ve had a passport of British protected
person, since at the time of his birth, in 1961, the area of Mombasa
(his fathers homeland) was not independent yet (not until 1963) and
was called Omani Sultanate of Zanzibar, British Protected Area. (it
was ruled at the time by the Royal family from Oman and was part
of British Protected areas).

Based on all of the above Mr. Obama was never a Natural born citizen, and he
would’ve lost his natural born status, even if he had it by virtue of getting an
Indonesian Citizenship, and he has divided allegiance and cannot become the
President of the US.

We the People, citizens of the United States of America, demand that you
investigate these acts and refrain from certifying the vote or signing the
Certificate of Ascertainment (to be signed by the Governors and Secretaries of
States before the December 15 vote by the electors.)

We demand that the Electors of the Electoral College refrain from signing the Certificate of Vote until there is verification of eligibility of Mr. Obama by properly authenticated
documents, such as vault (long version) birth certificate, that shows the name of
the hospital and the name and the signature of the doctor in Hawaii, birthing
records from the hospital in Hawaii, certified copies of all and any passports held
with immigration stamps, particularly immigration stamps from Pakistan from
1981, school enrollment records from Indonesia, Occidental college, Columbia University and Harvard college, that would show citizenship listed at the time of
application.

We demand that proper investigation would be done and, if the
above facts and allegations are found to be true and correct, Mr. Obama be decertified
of the ballot.

We, the People of the United States of America, the land of law and order,
the land of Constitution.

  1. Obama was born in Hawaii. Unlike John McCain, who was born in the Panama Canal Zone, and was, under the Constitution, ineligible for the Presidency. Of course, the latter is a fact, while the former are the delusions of fabulists such as haunt this site, so it doesn't seem to count.

  2. And while we're at it, I personally would like to know why Obama either never registered for the Selective Service (and lied and said that he did), or forged, or had someone forge for him the forms stating that he did.

    Or both.

    Until he explains the anomalies in his doccumentation, Obama is not qualified to work at the Post Office, let alone assume the Presidency.

    And I do not think that proof of citizenship (LEGITIMATE proof...) is too much to ask from him.

  3. John McCain was born on a MILITARY BASE, to American Citizens, which makes him a U.S. citizen, thank you very much.

    Even if Obama WAS born in Hawaii, he lost his U.S. citizenship when he went to Indonesia and became a citizen there.

    Just produce some documentation that hasn't been obviously tampered with...

    You should be as interested in seeing it as we are.

  5. I don't deny that candidates can be inundated with goofy shit on a regular basis, and to be mandated to answer to every single one of them is without a doubt problematic. However, providing proof of citizenship should be an easy no brainer of a task, especially for the brilliant Barry Obama. Kinda reminds me of the pants-wetting that occurs when it is suggested that photo IDs be mandatory in order to vote. I'm deeply interested in this issue if only to see how it turns out. If he's cool, nothing changes except negatively as he would carry on as before. If he's not, that's where the real fun begins. C'mon, Barry. Let's have some fun.

  7. We're already aware of his ties to terrorists and racists and his socialist leanings. Those are confirmed. And how could you even see if we're wearing tin foil hats with those blinders on? According to what is presented here, NO ONE got confirmation of his citizenship. Now it seems to me that perhaps some assumptions occur within those legal bodies listed. But then, why not respond quickly to anyone who insists on such proof as a result? Why must we simply take his word for it when someone of some status, willing to go through the trouble of a lawsuit, asks to see that proof? At least you worshipers should be honest enough to understand that not all in this country prostrate themselves before the One. Humor us.

  9. The Constitution is quite clear. Unless an individual is born on United States soil, that person is ineligible for the Office of President. Unlike, say, an embassy compound, which is legally US soil, a military base, under international law, is still foreign territory, leased to the US under various treaties, but still foreign soil.

    Why am I even attempting to use facts here? You people are as immune to them as I am to smallpox.

  13. I love that it is a "FACT." that John McCain was not eligible to be president, but we shouldn't even look in to whether or not Barack Hussein Obama who's family is from Kenya, Africa, and who was raised in Indonesia is actually eligible or not.

    The very mention of such an idea is so hilarious that Dan and GKS can't stop reading it unless The Office is on.

    I haven't said it was a hard fact that Obama is ineligible to be president, (In my opinion his ideology alone renders him ineligible, but I digress), I simply said that someone should probably verify that he is actually a citizen before we let him actually start monkeying around with our Economy and our Civil Liberties.

    You can believe that if he were a Republican, someone would have gotten to the bottom of this by now.

    Hospital records, the name of the doctor or one of the nurses who delivered him in Hawaii, long form Birth Certificate, SOMETHING that has not obviously been doctored or forged that proves Obama is a legitimate citizen of the United States, other than his word.

    All he has to do is produce one of these things, and this will die.

    I haven't said that he is or isn't.

    And what has "obviously doctored"?

    The state of Hawaii has certified the birth certificate as authentic. End of story. Period. PERIOD.

    I'm on your side Geoff but you said, "The Constitution is quite clear..." Actually it is not. It says natural born citizen, but does not define what that means. No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President

    Also, from what I've read, although today a person born on a US military base outside the US to American parents would be a citizen, at the time of McCain's birth, the US-Panama treaty in place technically did not confer citizenship on McCain.

    That said, the Congress passed a resolution in 2008 certifying that John McCain is a natural born citizen.

    So, by your own admission, the citizenship of John McCain has been settled, but BO's has not?

    The "Birth Certificate" on Obama's website proves nothing, because he became a citizen of Indonesia when he was a child.

    And what about the Selective Service registration issue?

    You see, when you guys repeatedly try to portray GWB as a draft dodger because he was in the Air National Guard, even though it has been repeatedly proven that that particular situation was completely legit, and then you blow off the obvious and demonstrable wierdness regarding BO's Citizenship Documentation and Selective Service Registration, you lose a little credibility.

    The intellectually honest response to this issue would be "Here is proof...", not "Stop asking questions!"

    No, Obama's citizenship is settled. There is no "obvious and demonstrable weirdness" regarding Obama's citizenship documentation. None. He was born in the state of Hawaii. That fact is certified by the state of Hawaii. He is a natural born US citizen. Period.

    I've never said GWB was a draft dodger. Never. I have, however, questioned whether he legitimately completed his obligation of service with the Texas Air National Guard. But that's old news. Who cares.

    GKS, In this case, I feel you are mistaken. It is my understanding that children born to American Citizens who are serving in the Armed Forces abroad are, by law, considered to be natural born citizens. There isn't any impediment to Sen. McCain's becoming President.

    As to President Elect Obama's birth certificate, this is WHY youth are leaving the Republican party in droves. A ten second search on Google brings up Factcheck.org which has high resolution photos of the certificate in question and a newspaper announcement of his birth in a local Honolulu paper.

    Younger people have grown up with the ability to check facts and verify things for themselves. Once they do so, the purveyors of misinformation are ridiculed and not to be respected at all.

    Besides, do you actually think Sen. Clinton would not have nailed Obama to the wall with this? Or McCain? He could have one the election with it! There isn't any logic to this speculation.

    Certainly a person should be checked and verified (as Pres. Reagan so aptly said: "Trust but verify"), and each citizen has the right to see the verification!

    However, once it has been done, for the Christian it is bearing false witness to continue spreading something they know to be untrue.

  24. I have no problem with people raising questions, even illegitimate ones. This is certainly a possibly legitimate question. Yet, it was answered with finality months ago. Fabulists, however, continue to pretend it wasn't. One of the aspects of conspiracy theorists that Karl Popper didn't like was that there was no evidence that could not be fitted in to a larger theory of conspiracy. So, the questions, by definition unfalsifiable, became part and parcel of a larger grand conspiracy.

    I would be interested in this if it happened in the real world. It doesn't, so I think it's fair to say that I am far more interested in watching the unfolding dementia here.

    M-I-T, the limitation on eligibility for the Presidency is understood to have been inserted to prevent one person, Alexander Hamilton, becoming President. While a New Yorker, he was born in Jamaica. For that reason, it is not just citizenship that has been understood to be behind this limitation; it is also the question of "place of birth". A child of American citizens born overseas on foreign soil - such as a military base - might be, or might not be, considered native born. Such a child born in an embassy compound, however, would most definitely be. That's all I was saying.

  25. The law of "natural born citizen":

    The 14th Amendment: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." The Constitution provides the framework for the law, but it is the law that fills in the gaps.

    Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in those gaps. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are "citizens of the United States at birth:"

    Anyone born inside the United States
    Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person's status as a citizen of the tribe
    Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
    Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
    Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
    Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
    Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
    A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.
